Mark your calendars for these two events, which have become a tradition, organized by our Association
– July 11, 12, 13 and 14 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.): Book fair (17th edition) at the Salle polyvalente in Tocqueville. Over 7,000 books for sale, starting at 25 cents. Free admission.
– Saturday July 25 at 2pm: Discovery walk “In the footsteps of Alexis de Tocqueville”. Meet for a 7km walk around Tocqueville. Departure from the château alley, where parking is available. The walk ends with a snack. Participation €5 per person, free for children under 12. Walking shoes recommended.
The tour includes anecdotes about the life of the village and that of its illustrious inhabitant.
