Welcome to our Annual General Meeting, which will be held on
Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in the church in Tocqueville.
We will present a report on the Association’s activities and the 2025 financial results. In accordance with our bylaws, four of the twelve members of the Board of Directors will be up for reelection.
We will review all the church restoration work undertaken since 2009 by the Municipality of Tocqueville with the active support of our Association. This work was the subject of several agreements between the Municipality, the Association, and the “Fondation du Patrimoine”, all of which have now been completed.
It is worth noting the significant contribution of our Association, numerous donors, and the “Fondation du Patrimoine”, who provided €160,000, or nearly 40% of the pre-tax cost of the work.
Our Association will continue its partnership with the Municipality as part of a complementary program of work, as well as for the drafting of a new agreement with the “Fondation du Patrimoine”. It will also continue, with its volunteers, to carry out numerous tasks that do not require the involvement of contractors.
You will find enclosed a membership application form for the Association ; the annual membership fee remains set at €5. It also allows you to make a donation to the Association.
